I first discovered I had fibroids during an ultrasound that was supposed to confirm my pregnancy. It was a surprising turn in my journey. However, long before this diagnosis, I was intensely focused on pushing my career forward, hitting barrier after barrier and feeling increasingly frustrated. Despite my efforts, something always seemed to hold me back.

Looking back, I realize that I was channeling all my energy into 'doing' rather than 'being.' My approach was heavily masculine and focused on action and control, while my feminine energy—integral to creativity and intuition—was suppressed. This imbalance prevented me from accessing and expressing my true creative potential.

I found out that my fibroids were actually a sign from my body, showing that my creative energies were blocked. They weren't just random lumps; they were telling me I needed to find a new, more balanced way to express myself. To heal, I learned to embrace my femininity and express my creativity gently and openly instead of forcing it.

This healing journey also led me to explore my feminine relationships. I realized that certain perspectives and emotional blockages could be ancestral, passed down through generations. Acknowledging and addressing these were crucial steps in healing my body and reclaiming my energy and creativity.

Fibroids are benign lumps that grow in or on a woman's uterus, usually showing up during the years she can have children. While fibroids can vary in size—from as small as an apple seed to as large as a grapefruit—they commonly cause symptoms like heavy menstrual bleeding, pain in the pelvis, and complications during pregnancy. You might not even realize you have fibroids, as not all women show symptoms. Often, they're discovered during a routine check-up.

Understanding Fibroids from a Spiritual Perspective

In the realm of energy healing and metaphysical understanding, fibroids are not just seen as physical lumps. They often represent deeply held emotional blockages.

Fibroids can show up when we're holding back our creativity or dealing with unresolved anger. They often connect to deeper issues about femininity and creativity, such as challenges with motherhood or times when we've neglected or felt distant from our nurturing side.

Many women I've helped have fibroids that appear along with unresolved emotional issues. These patterns suggest that emotional struggles might be linked to the development of fibroids.

 These often include hidden anger, unexpressed feelings, or intense stress related to womanhood and roles like motherhood and caregiving. So, healing fibroids usually means dealing with these emotional blocks and the issues behind them.

Dr. Joe Dispenza, a renowned expert in quantum healing, suggests that fibroids can be viewed as physical responses to prolonged stress, unresolved traumas, or suppressed emotions. Blockages in our body's energy field, particularly in areas associated with the sacral chakra, which governs creativity and reproductive health, can lead to the manifestation of fibroids. 

By realigning our thoughts and emotions with positive, health-promoting energies, we open the pathway for profound physical healing and well-being. For fibroids, the related emotions and energetic blockages often include:

• Unresolved issues related to femininity and nurturing

The Spiritual Cause of Fibroids in the Sacral Chakra

Fibroids are often associated with the Sacral Chakra, which is located in the lower abdomen, close to the uterus. This chakra governs emotions, creativity, and sexuality and is fundamental to a person's sense of well-being and femininity. When the Sacral Chakra is blocked or unbalanced, it can manifest physically as fibroids. These growths symbolize unresolved issues and stagnant energies related to aspects of femininity, such as motherhood, relationships, and self-expression.

The Sacral Chakra is particularly sensitive to the suppression of creative or emotional energies. For many women, fibroids can symbolize unexpressed fears, resentments, or traumas related to personal creativity, sexual expression, or significant female relationships. These emotional blockages can cause the chakra to become imbalanced, leading to physical manifestations like fibroids. Healing these deep-seated emotions is essential for resolving the energetic imbalance and alleviating the physical symptoms associated with fibroids.

EMOTIONAL SUPPRESSION: Just like shame and guilt might lead to constipation, these same emotions can also encourage fibroids to grow. You might be holding onto unresolved feelings about your femininity, perhaps related to shame or guilt from your sexual or reproductive experiences. Sometimes, you're not even aware of these emotions because they're buried deep within your psyche, but they still significantly affect your health. When you keep these emotions inside, your body might respond by 'holding onto' these unresolved issues too, which can lead to the growth of fibrous lumps in your womb.

CREATIVE BLOCKAGE: Did you know that fibroids might symbolize blocked creative energies in a spiritual sense? This blockage can relate to the birth of more than just children—it can affect your ideas, projects, and how you express yourself. If you're dealing with fibroids, it might be a sign that you need to find new ways to unleash your creativity. Exploring different forms of self-expression can help clear these energy blockages and encourage healing.

RELATIONAL DISCORD: Issues in relationships, especially those with significant female figures or partners, can manifest as fibroids. These tumors can symbolize the physical burden of unresolved conflicts, betrayals, or disconnections. Healing these relationships or finding closure can often lead to a reduction in the physical symptoms of fibroids.
