Most Powerful Natural Antibiotic I Master Tonic Recipe

I would describe my first sip of fire cider as an explosion of tastes.

It was the beginning of the lockdown due to the coronavirus when I decided to make a potent batch of this most powerful natural antibiotic, known to herbalists around the world for decades.

A homeopathic tonic that boosts the immune system and claims anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties, fire cider is used as part of a daily regime to ward off cold and flu symptoms.

Known as the “Master Tonic” and “People’s Medicine,” this synergistic blend is suggested to cure a wide variety of ailments. It’s core ingredients – apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, turmeric, hot peppers, and herbs – all share medicinal health-boosting properties.
  • Turmeric – rich in curcumin, which boasts anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Studies show that it is helpful for indigestion, arthritis, seasonal allergies and depression.
  • Ginger – known as a remedy for nausea, has also been shown to decrease arthritis pain as well as aid in digestion.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar – research shows that as little as half a teaspoon taken with a high-glycemic meal can reduce blood sugar levels by more than 50%.
  • Garlic – has antimicrobial properties that may help reduce cholesterol and blood pressure
  • Cayenne / Jalapeno Pepper – boosts metabolism and blood circulation
  • Onion – great for preventing (or recovering from!) the colds and flu
  • Rosemary – anti-oxidant and improves digestion and enhances memory and concentration.
  • Oregano – fights of bacteria and viruses and alleviates inflammation
  • Lemon – packed with vitamin C and is alkaline to the body
  • Honey – lowers triglycerides and great for soothing inflamed tissues

The list goes on and you can add other kinds of herbs and citrus, making this into a potent health elixir excellent for fighting illness and maintaining daily health.

There are sooo many ways to enjoy this elixir!
