In Sanskrit, the yogis call it prana. The Chinese also call it chi, the Polynesians call it mana, the Amerindians orenda and the ancient Germans od. All those words refer to the same thing: “life force” or “vital principle” or more commonly known as “energy.”
We are all made of this life force but hold different amounts depending on our life habits and how we cultivate it. The stronger our charge from this life force, the more health and vitality we radiate.
Finding ways to increase, refine and direct our own vital energy is what allows us to shape our lives in every aspect of it.
We can control and direct this vital energy through the breath.
Through conscious breathing techniques, we are not only able to relieve ourselves of stress and anxiety but are also able to root ourselves deeply into the present moment, thus energizing the body and increasing overall vitality.
This also boosts immunity as oxygen floods our cells and we radiate higher life force energy, making us less susceptible to virus and disease.

The Breath of LiFE is a deep breathing practice energized by awareness. Bringing awareness to the breath infuses it with life force, thus energizing the body and boosting overall immunity, power and vitality.
